The Mentato Method

What we build

The same picture shows up in almost every business we walk into: knowledge scattered across spreadsheets in three departments, or trapped in one person's inbox. Getting context means booking a meeting. Multiple systems, sometimes multiple CRMs. No coherent view of the business beyond a shared mission statement.

Bought the usual way, AI becomes one more tool on the pile. Implemented properly, it's the one tool that orchestrates the rest: fewer tools, not more. Knowledge lands where people and agents can both reach it. You can see where the business was, where it is, and where it's headed. Nobody builds an ad-hoc spreadsheet every week just to see the numbers.

Every engagement runs the same four motions.

01Assess. We walk your operations end to end and map how the business actually runs: leads, phones, scheduling, paperwork, where knowledge lives.
02Optimize. Fix the process before automating it; cut the steps that shouldn't exist.
03Automate. Build the system: agents, workflows, and dashboards, connected to the tools you already use.
04Train. Your team learns to run it and build on it. We stay on to run it with you, or hand over the keys.

Our founder

Timo Way, the person behind Mentato and the one who answers when you call.

I spent ten years at Microsoft building AI agents and automation that turn days of work into minutes. I started Mentato because the same systems work even better inside an established local business, and nobody around here was showing owners how.

  • Shipped a consumer app (Coasti) to the App Store solo, with AI running its daily operations
  • I run Mentato on the same systems I recommend. Ask me to show you.
