Our team has led AI rollouts inside large enterprises, from the first plan to hands-on user testing. We have trained leaders and teams at Fortune 500 companies, from one-to-one coaching to team trainings of a hundred people.

Do I need to know anything about AI to work with Mentato?
No. You know your business; we know AI. We build it; you run it.
What does Mentato cost?
Every engagement has a fixed price. The first two calls are free, and the Map is one flat fee. Builds are quoted from the scope the Map finds, and the number does not move while the work is underway.
Do you only work with businesses in Florida?
No. Home base is Wellen Park in Venice, Florida, and we work with clients across the United States. Most work runs remote; we come on-site on the Suncoast or when the work needs hands.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whichever fits the work and the tools you already run. We build on Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini, and we connect to the software your team uses every day.
What happens to my data?
Your Company Brain lives in accounts you own. Medical and legal practices get a written data-handling walkthrough before anything is connected. When data cannot leave the building, the system can run on your own hardware.
What if AI is not the right answer for my business?
Then the Map says so. If it finds too little value to justify a build, we recommend that you do not build.
