How we teach
01Built on your work, not examples. Every exercise starts from a task your team actually does. The automations built in session go straight into use.
02Operators go first. The people closest to the repeated work hold the wishlist, so the program starts with them. Power users and builders ladder up from there.
03We stay in the room. Guided build sessions, not lectures. When someone gets stuck, we unstick them live.
04It sticks after we leave. A leave-behind kit with the prompt library, the playbooks, and every automation the team built.
Who it's for
Every team has three kinds of learner: operators who do the repeated work, power users already living in AI chat all day, and builders, the person everyone already asks about AI. We start with operators and move people up.
Enterprise teams. Your organization already rolled out Copilot or Gemini and adoption is flat. We train one team at a time on the platform IT already sanctioned, inside your security rules. Once the curriculum is tailored to your business, it travels to the next department.
Small businesses. One room, everyone in it: the owner, the ops lead, the office manager. The wishlist of repeated work comes from the people doing it, and the automations they build in session are running your Monday.
The path
One curriculum, taken at your team's pace. Each step takes them further toward the same end state: work that used to take days going out the same morning.
Kickoff session. A large-group session on what AI actually changes for your business, then a hands-on build with a pilot group. The fastest way to see the method before you commit a team to it.
Five-week program. The full arc for one team: kickoff, guided build sessions, office hours, and the leave-behind kit. Beginner to advanced, one team at a time.
Ongoing coaching. Teams that want to keep going stay on monthly coaching: office hours for the group, and one-to-one sessions for the people building the most. We stay in the room while the habits hold.
Virtual by default, onsite available. Pricing depends on group size and format, so we cover it on the call.

Our team has been in the room training leaders and teams at Fortune 500 companies. We have run coaching and facilitation for individuals, groups of two, and team trainings of a hundred people. Inside Microsoft, we led AI implementation and training down to the hands-on user-acceptance level.
